Mohammad Mustafa Muhammadyar serves as Secretary of All For All Organization-AFAO’s Board of Directors, contributing extensive legal, academic, and management experience while supporting the Board’s effective governance, accountability, and organizational recordkeeping. He holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and has built a diverse professional career across the legal, academic, and project management fields. His professional experience includes serving as a Judge, Defense Lawyer, Legal Member, Project Manager, Head of a Law Department, Administrative Assistant and Lawyer, and Lecturer of Private Law subjects at various higher education institutions. In addition to his professional and academic roles, Mohammad Mustafa Muhammadyar has authored 41 legal articles published in approximately 20 different journals and has received more than 80 professional diplomas, certificates, commendation letters, and letters of appreciation from various organizations and institutions. Drawing on this broad legal, academic, and management background, Mohammad Mustafa Muhammadyar contributes to AFAO’s responsible governance, transparency, and organizational effectiveness. As Secretary, he supports proper Board documentation and recordkeeping, facilitates effective communication among Board members, and works collaboratively with Board leadership to advance AFAO’s mission and long-term organizational development.
